The inovaGIS project continues the development of the component-based structure for Geographic Information (GI), implemented as an assemble of automation objects (i.e. COM based).

The redistribution and use in binary forms of the inovaGIS objects library is permitted provided that the following conditions are met.

The new version is now made available free to the public, allowing a growing number of users to develop their own GIS applications.

With these objects you can integrate GIS functions seamlessly with MS Windows (95/98/NT) based applications, trough the use of C++, Delphi Pascal, Visual Basic, JavaScript, VBscript or PERL, customizing your applications to suite your needs. With the complete set of GIServer functions you can create dynamic HTML pages to share GIS information across the Internet.
This last version uses the very good TDBF component from Pascal GANAYE to deal with DBF files (Thanks !)
